They refused that the deal existed in a letter to myself blantently lying to me and expect me to pay them £20 for leaving early, I would have paid the £20 if they had accepted my second contract. No.

friend icon I bought 2 separate Samsung A40 phones from them last month and I chose ID Mobile as Topcashback has them down as a ‘faster paying’ merchant. To date neither of the cash back transaction have been lodged, let alone paid. AVOID!

friend icon Bought 24 month contract after clicking through topcashback, but did not track. Lodged claim but they quickly declined to pay. Very annoyed due to the refusal to pay and the way in which ID is run which after many calls (unrelated to the cashback) has also left me disgusted. I would avoid in future.
