Our ultimate aim for any Claim is to get it resolved, so we are more likely to use your nudge as an indication of what areas need attention, and then attempt to address the area as a whole. This approach helps to ensure that more Claims benefit as a result of our efforts. Nudges are both useful in this respect, and the fact that they will not hinder the progression of your Claim.
