I am experiencing problems on a merchant's own website; what can I do?

The retailer's site should work the same through TopCashback as it does when you visit it directly.

If there's a problem on a retailer's site, the issue should only be temporary so please try again later.

We can't always give advice about site issues, as we feature so many and we don't have control over site issues on their end. But you can try clearing your cache and cookies within your browser, and you can check the site again the next day. Please also try using a different browser or device to see if the problem remains.
