	I bought a Dimplex Langbrook Stove from Gr8tfires.co.uk. The stove was brilliant and already a cheap price but £70 cashback made it a super bargain. Purchasing and delivery was easy and I had no problems but it did take over 4 months to receive the casback.

	Buyers beware. We purchased an expensive item from this retailer after making a pre purchase query with topcashback regarding the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions were fully met after the purchase, as the order was acknowledged and tracked successfully. This showed as pending for over five weeks, trhen removed from my account by topcashback. After a number of requests to topcashback, they finally admitted they had no idea why the retailer had declined a legitimate cashback claim and had no intention of trying to resolve the issue. Cashback is not gauranteed, but it is expected when the criteria is fully met and everything tracks successfully. I did request that topcashback may consider removing deceitful retailers from their website, as it is totally unacceptable that their members are gulled into making purchases from these type of retailers. Disgraceful service by everyone concerned.

	Hey, I can confirm that this merchant now allows Missing Cashback Claims and so you will be able to query your transaction with them via a Claim. 	My transaction tracked ok but the cashback showed up on my account as zero. I disputed this but was told the merchant does not accept claims for non payment of cashback and there is nothing more that I can do. Be warned. Very disappointed with this merchant after spending almost £500.

	Purchased an Aarrow i400S 4 kW stove. Gr8Fires were the cheapest in Nov 2013 due to the extra price competitors were adding for the trim (£60 difference). Although it took 2 months, the cash-back made this a spectacular deal. Took a long time to confirm, but highly recommended if you want the best price and have patience for the cash-back.

	This company has good prices. However, the cashback didn't track and when I tried to lodge a claim, I was told by Topcashback that this merchant does not accept claims. Hmmmm, that doesn't seem fair at all. I spent £176 with this company and now have no redress. Beware!!

When a transaction doesn’t track it means an eligible transaction hasn’t been related back to us and normally this is because the cookies already on your device have become muddled and don’t show a clear pathway between our site and the purchase taking place. 	Best price we could find on the Internet for the Dimplex Horton electric fire before the 12% cashback. Good communications and quick delivery and cashback paid. Would use again if we need another fire.
