Unscrupulous
I have waited over 120 days to receive the £70 Amazon gift card and have had to email them to rectify the issue. They have requested the T registration number (which incidentally, pops up when you sign up but is not included in any email confirmation), a recent bill and information on who you purchased it through. I have yet to hear back from them. I am of the belief they are not a legitimate company and have scammed me into signing up to Shell Broadband. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Lesson learnt.

refusing to issue the voucher
Whilst I am annoyed at this company as they seem to be set up to make it difficult for you to get your money - I am more annoyed at Martins Money website for recommending buying my broadband using a link from their website.
They claim to be concerned but have actually refused to respond when I've contacted them.
Talktalk are also doing little to resolve this also.

Does not honour vouchers
Booked a hotel that was pay at the property, because I didn’t pay the day I booked it I’m not eligible for my reward voucher. Ridiculous process, made to jump through multiple hoops, send invoices and emails to prove I paid for and stayed at the hotel and wait almost 5 months to be told I don't qualify. Will never use again.

Bought a digital gift card in advance for a friend's Birthday . It didn't arrive later that day contacted topcashback no response next day decided to contact Giftcloud direct shortly afterwards received text from my friend finally received her gift followed by an email from topcashback had changed delivery details for gift now sent concluded with email from Giftcloud asking if I stated correct phone number & definitely sent nearly 25 hours earlier. if it was sent yesterday wouldn't need to change delivery delivery details today. My friend didn't receive her gift on her birthday as arranged so wouldn't use again.

This was a great disappointment ordering from you as my stepdaughter did not receive her order on her birthday as planned but over 24 hours later instead. You had taken my order and money on the 20th December 2018 with an arranged delivery date of 10th January 2019 at 0800. It was very stressful trying the contact you and having to chase something that should never have happened. As a result I will never use your service again. Shame as the idea seemed good but in reality it just didn't work. Thank you.

Excellent. Bought as gift to arrive on specific date & time. On the day, both I and the recipient were sent emails advising us of the gift. Would definitely use again.
