	Don’t pay out. Don’t use! I’ve bought gift cards for my big weekly shop from here since March . Most of now been declined. I’m trying to go through too cash back to claim but it’s a lot of effort for something that should be effortless . They easily owe me up to £100 quite possibly more.

	Why is this still listed on TCB? out of 3 of my tracked and then confirmed purchases have been rejected. Just waiting for the 3rd to do the same. Purchases made months apart and then being rejected in reverse date order. Use at your own risk and if you enjoy not being paid.

	Had too many declined Despite using this exclusively through TopCashBack links, I have had quite a load refused. Recent lot was over a year wait by 2 days, then TCB say they can't pursue merchant after a year! Won't be using them anymore.

	Declined cashback, and other purchase on hold for 6 months Had been using them fine until about August 2024 after which they stopped paying out after 3 months and endlessly on hold. When raised with TCB they were declined, even though I had proof of purchase email, and proof of using the gift card. Avoid.

	Avoid Have been using this merchant for some time and always able to track cash back. However, all the recent purchases have been declined for no reason at all. Avoid at all cost!

	Declined All transactions tracked. The first 3 purchases were made in June cashback came through in September. The same purchase was made in July all tracked fine but the transaction has been declined, not recommended.

	Card purchased is not eligible for cashback So the retailer goes to the trouble of listing which giftcard have cashback and which do not. You then purchase one that is explicitly listed as receiving cashback and it is denied as "Card purchased is not eligible for cashback".
