Tracked quickly. But then went payable at £0.00. Submitted an enquiry, but after three months and a number of nudges I'm still waiting for a response from the retailer. In my experience don't rely on the cashback and buy it elsewhere if you can get it cheaper.

They were quick to send games out unfortunately cashback tracking didn't work. Contacted topcashback but they couldn't get any cashback from this retailer they said didn't meet T&C.So I probably wont use them again.

This retailer is poor. I pre-ordered two items, neither arrived in time for release date. One wasn't even posted until one week after release date. Customer service team totally unapologetic. Cashback didn;t track either, spent a fortune with them but will go elsewhere in the future

Ordered items in November which have still not arrived mid December. GameSeek not interested and don't respond to emails. Had to open a dispute with PayPal in order to get my money back. Beware!
