Simply terrible. Very little in the way of communication from them. Their stated 3-5 day delivery is nearer to 3-5 weeks. Had to contact them and then they ignored it, so contacted again. Will never use again.

I have had my cashback confirmed in my earnings for over 2 years now, but have still not received payment. It is extremely frustrating and I cannot see how I can get this from cashback. I cannot lodge a complaint as the transaction was back in July 2013. I was very happy with the photos, but won't be using them again because of this cashback issue.

Never seems to track, and the customer Service from the company is very poor indeed in my opinion.
The proudct is good, but rather let down by the poor Customer service
