Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered an HRM 4 days ago, displayed as being in stock on the website. They have taken the money from my credit card but it still has not been dispatched.
I have emailed numerous times and tried to contact the company by phone - only to find the answerphone mailbox is FULL.
Not sure what to do now as if I can't contact them how can I even get a refund for the product that hasn't been delivered?

This company is shocking.... do not use them, I ordered some york dial tech dumbells, that were cheaper than anywhere else and it turns out that they never had them in the first place. They emailed me and cancelled the order without explaination. It is against tranding standards to offer something that you cannot sell.
