The claim didn't track and Field and Trek refused to process a manual claim even though the order number was supplied. Are all Sports Direct subsidiaries the same? Poor.

The claim didn't track, and F&T refused to accept the manual claim. They also used Yodel for delivery of the parcel, and I had problems receiving the order.

Didn't track so I logged a claim. TCB were great, but F&T said they had no record of my order. I emailed them the confirmation and suddenly they could find it but said it was too late to claim!
