• What will stop me getting cashback?
  • Customers moving home and continuing an existing E.ON Energy contract will not be eligible for cashback.
  • E.ON Energy can’t switch customers through the TopCashback platform who are on complex meters. These meters include Economy 9, Economy 10, Heatwise, Warmwise and Weathercall.
  • If you are intending to purchase E.ON Energy for a business, cashback will not be paid on business energy policies if you click through this consumer page.
  • If your E.ON Energy account doesn’t go live on supply at all, or for the minimum of 90 days , you won’t be eligible for cashback.

• What else is essential?
  • For a dual fuel application, live on supply is defined from the date on which both electricity and gas supplies have started.
  • The new customer account must be live on supply with E.ON Energy for a minimum of 90 days before the cashback will be processed by TopCashback.
  • This offer is available to new customers only; customers currently receiving any part of their energy supply from E.ON Energy are not eligible.
  • It’ll take up to 180 days for you to receive your cashback. This is due to the time your account has to be live on supply and how long it takes to validate and process the cashback
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
• Good to know
  • Cashback relating to E.ON Energy purchases is paid by TopCashback not E.ON Energy. All queries should be directed through the proper TopCashback channels, as E.ON Energy will not be able to assist with the payment of cashbacks
  • Once the transaction has been made, it’ll take around 21 days to switch the contract from your current supplier to being live on supply with E.ON Energy.

• What to do when
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
