Never use this offer
They didn’t give me the cashback initially. Went through the missing cash back claim process. Was granted the cashback, then when it came to paying it, it was declined after I couldn’t appeal.

Cashback refused, don't bother - the END.
Be warned, zero stars for cashback.
My purchase was tracked fine, no returns made but END. still refused my cashback. To my claim they have responded that TCB "haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed."
I hate such crooks and won't use them in the future.

Not paying out…yet again
Placed an order on 25/11/24. It wasn’t tracked so I raised a query on 8/12/24. Informed at the end of February no cash back was being given.
Looking at the reviews, clearly something has gone wrong since October 2024. Have we really all done something wrong???

Not Paying Out
Placed an order in October 2024. Cashback wasn't tracked so raised a claim. Merchant seems to have confirmed the cashback and it moved into "Confirmed" status. At the end of January, the merchant suddenly declined the payout without any reason. Shady.

Cashback tracked however it tracked at the lowest it possibly could, despite the promise of getting 3 times as much.

Refused Cashback - 3 times
Three purchases made, none tracked - topcashback refused to do anything despite providing purchase confirmation and having the sessions in which the purchases were made visible in the claim process - don't bother here, fortunately END. purchases successfully track with another well known cashback service provider.

Not providing cashback, do not use.
Merchant refused to pay cashback despite me clicking through and purchasing trainers. Raised request as click tracked and clearly purchased item shown at the time of purchase, still they refused with excuse that they can't see using topcashback for purchase. Will never use them again and would recommend others to avoid. Also when searching around, there are merchants with more competitive prices and cashback amount available, so no reason to go here.
