Really good experience. Cashback tracked very quickly and went to payable within two months. My rental was from East Midlands Vehicle Hire in Derby and they were brilliant.

No problem here. Was a bit confusing though as I think you still get cashback for companies through which EasyVan operate. I thought I'd missed out but the cashback still appeared - nice!

I have used EasyVan twice now (in 3 months) and unfortunately both times the van I booked ended up at the completely wrong depot. If you are going to use them make sure you ring EasyVan (and then Northgate) before you go to pick up the van to confirm where it is.

Be very careful,
I deselected the "zero liability" option, that they charge £7.50 per day for, the site wouldn't accept my first card, asking me to enter another card's details, that was all I was being asked to do, out of the corner of my eye I noticed that the site had re-included the zero liabilty option and, had I not noticed it, I would have clicked for £22.50 of something that I didn't want!
