	Very cheeky! They waited a whole year to pay, turned payable the day after the renewal. Other Direct Line cashback was payable on time though.

	If I could leave zero stars I would, I should have received £45 and they have paid out nothing! They have rejected my claim so there is nothing I can do. Not happy at all!

	Cashback tracked at £23.00 not stated £45.00. Chased and lodged claim. 4 months later payed out at lower amount. Never had this happen with any other big insurance company.
