A huge warning about Crocs. If you need to return an item you'll have to ship it to Holland, where their distribution centre is. This can be very costly. You have been warned!

Purchased a couple of pair of Crocs in May 2013. The delivery was good, quality is awesome. The cashback was tracked quickly, but the cashback is yet not paid. I will still recommend crocs.

I had a terrible experience with Crocs. The cashback didn't track correctly, and I had to wait for over 11 months, almost a year, for it to arrive. Despite multiple follow-ups with topcashback staff, they had to manually pay out the cashback in the end. Terrible service.

Cashback failed due to merchant indication the funds had been paid to another provider. The claim took nearly twelve months to come to this conclusion. Would not use again online but may purchase in store as the product is good.

Ordered from Crocs direct assuming they were UK based... they are in the Netherlands and delivery even though it cost £4.95 took 10 working days! Crocs were great but sadly did not arrive in time for my holidays. Crocs Customer Service was simply awful!

Ordered 2 sets of Crocs - they sent the wrong size (beware, they sell them in US sizes but despite my getting it right, they still sent the incorrect size). Contact customer services ONLY available by email and returns only via a complicated procedure and refunds given but not of postage (even though it was their fault for sending the incorrect size). I would not recommend buying directly from Crocs.
