Rated this highly first time due to the speed of cashback. have come back since hearing about the disappointing product. Recipient's description did not match the one on their site: a small hamper of what looked like samples and the gift card was just a little plain card. Not exactly a gift set, so better off going to somewhere a little more gift-like unless after specific products.

I made 5 orders in one and whilst the total of the hampers was taken a claim was only raised for the first item and not the other 4 . A long laborious process of raising the 4 claims and waiting for it to be recognised.

Cashback failed to track, submitted claim & merchant declined cashback stating 'order cancelled' even tho order was fulfilled in full. Pretty disappointing to lose £30 cashback, would hesitate using merchant again because of this experience.

The order was tracked through TCB, but Clearwater would not pay out saying that the order was tracked/placed from elsewhere but they would not say where. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN, they have broken the contract with TCB and myself and therefore have lost a multiple purchaser through their short termism. They will blame their online affiliate service but they are in control and I hope that they read this.

Destroyed Christmas. We ordered, for two old people,were given delivery date. 2 days after the date after no delivery or no contact from company, were finally told, after several calls that the delivery would be 7 days after promised date. Surprised when we asked for our money back.

Awful service. Would leave a nil star if possible. Christmas package to Australia lost 3 times and eventually delivered 2 weeks late despite ordering in early November for a mid December delivery. To top it all cashback was then refused. Will never use or recommend again.

I ordered a CHRISTMAS HAMPER WAY BACK IN NOVEMBER ,not delivered for CHRISTMAS ,told out of STOCK CHRISTMAS EVE ,no support from CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL just been told there will be no HAMPER DELIVERY AT ALL so upset and angry as my BROTHER IS NOT IN THE BEST OF HEALTH ,it was SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE USA ,now been told money will be refunded take 3 to 5 days ,SO SNGRY ,DISAPPOINTED AND COMPLETLY LET DOWN ,NO E.MAIL message either .

Delivery date of 21/12/12 requested. Product did not arrive until 23/12/12 after telephone call from recipient. If they are unable to deliver on a requested date, the customer should be notified.
