So far, after validating this transaction at least five times I'm still receiving e-mails to "validate this transaction". After following the instructions I get the prompt that it has been done, but then another e-mail arrives to say validate again. Where am I going wrong?

Very poor - Tracked OK but never went to confirmed Reported twice to TCB but to no effect. Will never purchase anothe Churchill product again - if they won't honour a perfectly 'legit' TCB claim, what are the chances they will pay out on an insurance claim?

3 years ago I switched to Churchill as it was cheaper with cashback. It took 9 months of chasing to get the cashback. I switched to a different provider the year after. Then a year ago I switched back to Churchill only this time despite a year of chasing it's been declined. I was a new customer having not been one for a year. If you can never have been a customer before that needs to be made clear on the T&Cs

Cashback had tracked was confirmed then it was declined, reported to Topcashback who have done nothing but give standard responses to advise they will chase, Churchill have declined the cashback without providing a reason, they advertise the cashback but Topcashback cannot look into it once the retailor gives a final decision which is unfair as I only took it out through Topcashback expecting the cashback to be paid.

Took out my car insurance via Topcashback on 15 March.....nearly 4 months later the transaction is still not even tracked to my account..... Have lodged missing claim but time taken is totally unacceptable.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear your transaction has not tracked. As you have lodged a claim can you kindly allow 12 to 16 weeks to us to hear back from the merchant? We ask this as it can take them this length of time for the merchant to investigate our query. I do hope we manage to get you the expected amount of cashback. In the future you may consider making sure you clear your cache and cookies before logging in to make a transaction, as well as making sure that any enabled adblockers are disabled as this can help a transaction to track.
