Please ensure you have an up-to-date operating system in order to download the TopCashback app on your device.

Just like the desktop & mobile site, once you have made your purchase, there are a few things we will need to confirm with the retailer. It can take up to 6 weeks for the cashback to show in your account.

After that, depending on the product you purchased, it shouldn’t take longer than most other retailers on site, and we will always strive to get your cashback to you as quickly as we can.

If you are concerned that your cashback isn’t showing, please get in touch via a support ticket which you can submit from your account.
