I have not received Cashback as the payment portal will not accept payment and then you have to phone to complete the transaction. This has happened twice now and they have not payed Top cash back

I find that cashback from the Travel Supermarket retailer is often slow and very delayed. Purchased travel insurance last November via their site and still waiting.

Cashback declined after one search/comparison. It tracked fine, so I must have done it correctly. Then I went through the reviews and realised I am not alone. False advertising if you are not going to pay up. Won't bother with this again and will not use TravelSupermarket to make any actual purchases now.

Used this site through tbc several times over the last few months to compare car hire. Used in line with the terms (2 per week) and it has never tracked one single time let alone paid anything. Waste of time.
