it took months to get the cash back a lot longer than indicated. but the shoes are great and they did pay the cash back eventually

Refused cashback. If you want to change your shoes or simply you dont like it you need to send it back to Netherlands at your own cost. I would avoid this company!

absolutely useless, bought two pairs of Toms last april, no cashback tracked, put in a missing cash back claim a month later and still 'waiting for merchant' to reply over a year later!!!
