Really good network and best telephone support service of any mobile co.
I started with a 1GB sim just to try out Spusu. I have been with 3 and VF in the past and dread having to phone customer services for ANYTHING. Spusu have been different, you phone them, you don’t vanish into a number menu - you actually get to a human within a couple of minutes.
The lady I have spoken to was really helpful - helped me with porting. I was that impressed, I ordered a second sim for another phone and got the Travel plan. I did have minor issue that the post office lost my SIM. A call into customer care during my lunch break and a replacement sim arrived the very next day.
As they use the EE Network, the service has been OK where I am - and surprisingly I got 5G!
We have been that impressed my partner has also moved over.

Avoid spusu - Worst Mobile Operator Ever
I am utterly disappointed with spusu, undoubtedly the worst mobile operator I have ever dealt with. I ordered a SIM card and requested a number transfer. However, they failed to send me the SIM card and did not provide a tracking number to confirm shipment. As a result, on the day of the transfer, my phone stopped working, leaving me without any communication.
To make matters worse, spusu cannot cancel the number transfer, despite my repeated requests. They take hours to respond to messages, and even then, they only answer the questions they want to address.
I strongly advise against using their services. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I regret making the mistake of switching to them.

Charged a fee for leaving after first month
My first month's contract was only £1. It turns out they have a early termination fee of £4 if you cancel within the first month, so I was charged more than if I had kept the SIM for a few months. Sneaky company.
I would have revisited them once they got their Wifi Calling sorted, but now I won't bother.
You've lost a potential customer for good now.
