Purchased HP ML110 G7 server - £209 inc vat (only a few pounds cheaper than other suppliers - so not a misprice), they took the money and two days later emailed to say they couldn't supply at that price, and wanted an additional £190.
£190!!!!
Proper scam artists - no amount of asking to speak to someone in authority, quoting relevant passages of the trade descriptions act, consumer protection act, unfair contract terms act (all of which apply, and say quite clearly this practice is illegal) got me anywhere. Felt sorry for the customer services rep Asif (who actually conducted himself very well, even if the company he works for are crooks) having to listen to me. I'd give him a job - the company however will not be used again, and I will be sharing my negative experience with all my contacts.

I would never use these again, cancelled my ordered before it arrived took 4 weeks to refund then they deducted £20 restocking fee.
