Good rate of cashback, had to do a manual claim though. Kodak were great when our order arrived whilst on holiday, and our bright spark of a postman put the order in the recycling bin, (which then got put out) and sent us a repeat order at no extra cost.

I received a 30cm x 20cm alu Di Bond Print last week and was unbelievably disappointed. It is basically a good quality print glued into a very thin piece on aluminium. The back is completely flat. Nothing to hang it with. The instructions that come with it tell you how to attach the fixing kit if "if you bought one". No where on the website are you told you need to buy anything else to hang it with. It is about 4mm deep. Website makes it look as though it's about 10mm deep. It is extremely light yet postage was £9.99. The print ( and really, that's all it is) was £39.99. I feel ripped off. Good job I got £10.20 cashback! I will never use again! If you are looking for a photo company use try photobox. I have used them for prints, books and posters/collages and I've never been disappointed. I will stick to them in future!

Product was okay but was slightly dissappointed in the quality of some photos that the website had allowed me to use, once printed they didnt look as clear and crisp as I'd have hoped.

Chose this company over deluge of others due to 25.5% cashback. Spent a large amount and was given incorrect cashback amount (4p rather than £29.20) have been waiting 5 months for resolution. TopCashBack chased them in October. Would definitely not use this site again.

Very disappointing. I bought xmas gifts late 2009 because the price was reasonable with the cashback. Should have been paid 31/12/09 and still waiting in June 2010. Not good enough for a large "reputable" company.
