Tracked everytime however they did decline cashback on a handset that had a £0.00 value. The description says £1.50 per handset and does not specify if the handset has to have a value or not. Missing claim submitted.

Got the cheque for selling my mobile relatively quickly but the cashback advertised (£1.50) never materialised. Has anybody else experienced this?
