Great website, easy to navigate and sign up to. The envelope arrived the next day with clear instructions on how to send the mobile. The payment can be in an Argos voucher or a cheque, you get slightly more payment in the argos voucher.

Very easy and pleasant transaction all round - shame that the Mazuma envelope wasn't a bit more substantial - they want the phones in working order not a million pieces - a padded bag would be better Mazuma - also a little more insurance coverage, I had to pay an extra £5 to send the phone via special delivery as it was valued over the standard £39 Royal Mail compensation threshold.
