Very easy to earn cashback. Not as swift with delivery as had been promised and wish they had communicated with me as discussed. Regardless, I have the product now and have managed to get it off of the pallet and undo the secure wrapping. Maybe should have asked them to do this when they were delivering it!

Paid the cashback at the generic rate 3.15%. I purchased an Al Ko product which was meant to be at just over 8%. The item cost £520 so the cashback difference is very noticeable. I queried the cashback but this is still outstanding. The company is still doing the same cashback deal for Al Ko products, but appears to fail in paying the cashback promised to customers
