The fact cashback tracks without any issues and is paid out quickly - often before members have even gone on their holiday - also seems to be a big factor as to why customers are happy with their experience.

People who have left positive reviews on Trustpilot are very complimentary about their planes - especially the legroom offered - and the fact that they seem to go the extra mile to provide customers with the little things which go a long way to ensuring they have a great holiday.

Paid out in full after putting in claim
I used an automatically applied discount code (for being a Jet2 member), and a manually applied discount code. The cashback didn't track at first, but I put in a claim and got the £50 cashback advertised showing as payable within 2 months of the holiday (3 months after I'd booked the holiday.)

Poor experience
Thanks for the clarification — here's a revised **Jet2 review** based on your experience, including the flight delay and lack of support: --- **Jet2 Review** Unfortunately, our experience with Jet2 didn’t live up to expectations. Our outbound flight was delayed, which was frustrating, especially when travelling with young children. There was little communication or support during the delay, and once we arrived at our hotel, things didn’t improve. We booked through Jet2 expecting a relaxing, all-inclusive 4-star holiday, but the hotel was poorly maintained and raised serious safety concerns. When we contacted Jet2 for help, the response was dismissive — we were told the long queues and overcrowding were "because the hotel was at full capacity," with no real acknowledgment of the more serious issues we raised, including electrical hazards, poor cleanliness, and lack of staff. There was no rep visibly present at the hotel, and we felt completely unsupported throughout our stay. For a company that promotes great customer service, this experience was disappointing and left us feeling let down. We expected more after spending nearly £3,000 on a family holiday.

Dropped payment
Like many others, I was tracked to receive £50 cashback, but then it was dropped to £5 without any explanation as to why it was lowered.

Very disappointing

Avoid!
I booked our holiday with Jet2 and paid a lot of money expecting £50 cashback as advertised. It has now been confirmed and they have only paid at £5!

Be careful - lower cashback than expected
Be very careful what discounts are on your bookings as it feels like they will do whatever they can to not pay the better offer. I used an approved promotional code but because it was manually applied I got £5 cashback instead of the £100 that was on offer. You also don’t get cashback if you have a promo code applied automatically by jet2 (which happens quite often). I booked the holiday on basis of the £100 cashback feeling confident I’d get that because I met every criteria and it also tracked at the £100. So I was really surprised when it was manually adjusted by someone to the lower amount. Other reviews suggest people rarely get what they expect. Don’t rely on getting what they say as very unlikely.

Tracked at correct amount then reduced.
Massive disappointment that they reduced the valid tracked amount of £50 down to £5 when it eventually reached confirmed. Gone are the days when cashback sites were run honestly and fairly. TopCashback are equally as complicit as the vendor.

Not what it seems
Booked a holiday for Easter to the Canaries for over £2400 and it was an exclusive £80 cash back via Jet 2 so we went with them. Purchase now tracked at £5. This is really not great practice and very misleading.

Cash back on booking a jet2 holiday
Not sure if I am happy or not ? I was told I would get up to £80 cash back and I actually received £30 so I did get cash back but not as much as promised. Why make out its such a good deal and then pay out less than half the amount promised ?
