SUMMARY: Not only do they fail to deliver on their promises but they make it extremely difficult to contact them to seek redress for their incompetence. I have ordered from iFlorist before and didn't remember anything remarkably bad going on so when I got their email advertising Mother's Day bouquets I decided to place an order. I was flying home to Northern Ireland to visit my mum for Mother's Day and thought I was being sensible planning in advance rather than rushing around last minute. One week before Mother's Day I ordered one of their bouquets. I was disappointed they could only offer a single delivery option that covered the Saturday and Sunday of the following week, but reluctantly accepted that the flowers might be a day early. No problem. I then got an email on the Tuesday advising me that my order had been "allocated" and was "ready for shipping". The email confirmed the delivery would take place on 29th March, one day before Mother's day. Fair enough, as long as they were there on time. Unfortunately the 29th came and went. I therefore had to race around last minute on the Sunday to pick of a bunch of flowers and a card, probably paying over the odds and certainly limiting my choice - not to mention the fact I'd now had to pay twice! What's the use in delivering Mother's Day flowers the day after Mother's Day?! The flowers finally arrived at approximately 2pm on Monday 31st March, the day after Mother's Day. I called iFlorist to complain almost immediately and was directed by their call advisor to email my complaint from the website. I did this, asking whether they this was standard practice or an irregular slip in quality that merited some redress. Within a couple of hours they replied. This time they told me I had to put my request 'in writing' (i.e. via post) 'as per company policy'. I find this to be an absolute disgrace in this day and age; to be redirected from one channel to another not once but twice. iFlorist clearly don't value their cus

Cashback tracked and received very quickly. However I would not recommend iflorist as a service, flowers received were nothing like what I ordered, very sparse and poor quality. Will not be using again.

The flowers were for Valentines Day and I paid for a pre 2pm delivery on them. The flowers eventually turned up the day after Valentines Day at about 3pm. The flowers themselves look tired and old and were very poor quality. Including in the purchase I made were some chocolates. These did not arrive! I have tried to contact their customer services via phone but it always says they are to busy to talk to me and hangs up. I emailed 3 times and have not received a response once! Stay away from this merchant, there are so many other online florists who are a lot better!

This retailer advertises at a much higher cash back rate than they are prepared to give out. I ordered a £20 bouquet but only received 11p cash back - that works out at 0.55% on my calculator - pathetic. DON'T use unless they are the best price without cashback. Haven't recieved flowers (or cashback actually)yet so waiting with some dread. hope they are better quality than their cashback/adverts.

Placed an order on 19th July, 2012. Product came nice and quick and was of good quality, but cashback didn't track. Lodged a claim in August and I've still not received cashback yet.

Tracked on 08 Feb 2011, quick Confirmed on 31 Mar 11, quick ....and here i am in Aug 2012 with the cashback. Not very good at all :-(

Do NOT order from this company, 1st bunch of flowers there was 4 dead or broken, They said they would send another bunch of the same flowers as compensation, they never turned up, got back to them again & they are now going to send a 3rd bunch of flowers as compensation, I will NOT hold my breath, 1 are they going to turn up? " if they turn up, what day / wek will it be, 3 If they do turn up what sort of state will the flowers be in! Do not use this site, you have been warned!

I wish I had taken note of the reviews - ordered a box of wine for my Dad's birthday in plenty of time and set a delivery date and it arrived - but 2 days late. To top it all, I emailed them to point this out and they just replied with "your order has been delivered" and pointed me to the tracking site.

Refused cashback initially, only when I raised it via the website was it granted and even then it look a reasonably long time. Will definitely avoid using them going forward.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday and they have still not arrived. No phone number only an e-mail which they have failed to respond to. If i do not get the flowers delivered today or a full refund i will getting the transaction removed from my credit card. Not a good service at all.

Delivery arrived on time. That's the only positive experience. What was delivered wasn't what I ordered and I could have picked up flowers in the reduced to clear section of a supermarket with more life span that the ones I received from iflorist. currently waiting on their customer services dept to deal with my complaint.

Absolute RIP OFF! Do not buy from this company. Absolute disgrace. Rubbish flowers and rubbish customer service. Won't be using these again. Take my advice and stay clear unless you like to pay a high price for garage forecourt flowers that are on their last legs when they arrive.

Awful, awful experience! Flowers almost dead, didn't deliver when supposed to, re-delivered the next day, flowers in poor condition. Refused to accept the flowers, sent them back with the courier. Contacted the website and was promised an upgrade on another bouquet to be delivered 3 days later. Flowers received on that date but really poor condition and certainly not upgraded. Waste of money and very embarrassed about the gift. Go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. My Nan was 91 years old. Ordered the flowers ahead of the her birthday well in advance, yet at 6pm on her birthday, the flowers still hadn't been sent. Complained, and they promised they were with her the next day. By 6pm the next day, still hadn't been delivered. Do not use this company despite the high cashback available. They have let me down and a quick google for reviews about them, shows that I am not the first, and unlikely to be the last! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

If you are considering, you are better off picking dandelions from the back garden. I have ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and they where rotten for the second time. Customer service have not replied to my 4 emails in the past two weeks and not even a tracked cashback has come through. It wouldn't surprise me if these cowboys where taking the old flowers off someone's grave and sending them to there customers.

What an appalling service and experience. Definitely won't be buying from them again and urge others stay away and go with the established and reputable florists. Read the reviews before you consider buying, you will definitely think twice. Shame I never read them.

Abysmal service, website misrepresents the product - and the company is well aware of the fact. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - read the other reviews and be aware before wasting your time and money. Top Cashback really should look into this company and remove it from their list.

Absolutely dreadful, and I would never use them again, so avoid at all costs! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who was back home for Valentines Day, they did not arrive, and all attempts to contact this company have been ignored. Topcashback should definitely remove them from their website.
