If you notice any other problems while using the TopCashback app, we recommend you submit a support ticket and we can help to get it resolved. To do this through the app, visit My Account and tap 'Customer Service'. Here you will be taken to the Customer Service page and from there you can tap 'Contact Us' to submit a support ticket at the bottom of that page.
