If you have 'Ad-Blocking' software (e.g. AdBlock Plus) installed on your computer, it may be stopping you from earning cashback.
Most of our merchants will not be able to report back your transaction unless you turn off 'Ad Blocking' within the software programme. For the detals of how to do this see your individual software information.
