The value of your device will show at pending status within your TopCashback account once you have accepted your quote. It will progress through to Payable status in your TopCashback account after our partner (
WeBuyAnyPhone.com) has reviewed and approved your device. This normally takes between 1-3 working days from them receiving your device.
The bonus cashback is applied per device and will track alongside your device trade-in cashback. Once your trade-in has been completed your bonus cashback will also progress to payable.
The bonus cashback is only applicable on orders with an approved trade-in value of £1 or higher.
