A cheap and cheerful single trip travel insurance policy.The excess of £75 for medical, slightly on the high side,would have prefered an excess no greater than £50.Merchant tracked the following day.The real test is when a claim is made,let's hope there are no claims.

Did NOT pay. Insurance was taken out on-line, through TCB, but a correction had to be made over the phone (I think they must have cancelled and and created a new policy) which caused the policy to appear as a phone policy and not an on-line policy.

I purchased travel insurance 1 year ago. It never tracked and I followed this up by chasing top cash back. This week I was informed that it was highly unlikely I wouldn't get the cashback. It wasn't a lot of money by and stretch of the imagination, but it was the principle of the matter. Do not use!!!

Hi
I wouldn't get this insurance as they are not paying out following the volcano incident, which makes me wary of how many get out clauses they would have for other claims.
If you do want to get this insurance it tracked quickly.
