	Very expensive refund. After selling the car and wanting a refund, they took 65% of the refund and gave us 35%! Always judge how they pay, not how they take!!!!.

	Retailer waited 100 days and then denied my cashback claim for no reason. This does not give me great confidence for them as an insurer.

	Declined my cashback for no good reason. Declined so late I can't dispute it. All in all, pretty poor service from all involved.
