I thought these were a uk company but based in the us even though they have a uk address and .co.uk web address. V Expensive shipping £7.10, plus they charge vat at 20% - so although the prices initially look reasonable - they end being much more expensive - VOTE WITH YOUR FEET AND AVOID

Vendor claims to be from the UK. Although I received my cashback from them, my package arrived from the USA and i had to pay extra on taxes.

very disappointing customer experience. with Galaxy Perfume. After waiting 4 weeks for my order, I emailed, where I was told my order had been cancelled.
I have had several email exchanges with their customer service which has been equally frustrating
will NOT be doing business with Galaxy Perfume in the future

They add shipping and handling fee, do not be fooled by initial cheap price, they also wanted to call me after I paid to "confirm thing important info" - I cancelled the order - dodgy company.

Despite the FAQ stating prices include VAT, the site just tried to add VAT to my basket at the last stage! Aborted purchase - very wary!
