Tracked quickly, bed arrived faulty, customer services not good at all - believe to be overseas, they do not get back to you. 10 days and complaint still not acknowledged, use this retailer with caution.

Use this retailer if you are not in a rush for the items. Cashback and discounts offered are good, but they take a LONG time to get them to you. Do not believe the next dey delivery blurb! Ordered mid-Dec 2011, called chasing delivery today (17 Jan 2012) - expected delivery is end Feb 2012! I'm happy to wait, but worth bearing in mind!

Purchase price was lower than I paid so I'm guessing they minus VAT but this isn't mentioned in the merchant info. Cashback is so far tracking at half the percentage advertised.

Would not recommend Furniture123...they delivered the wrong colour bed then decided to decline my cashback even though it had tracked via Topcashback......Avoid.

Do not take any notice of next day delivery, still waiting for goods. Customer service is very poor, would not use the company again.

Ordered a Dressing Table on 12th September 2011 and was advised a delivery date at the end of the following week. Still waiting receipt on 4th November 2011. Customer Service or Sales do not seem to reply to emails once a purchase has been made. To cap it all, item is now in excess of 15% cheaper!

After waiting 8 months the retailer said he had given the cashback to someone else , what rubbish £80 down the drain. They say next day delivery this never happens it was 4 months before I go the furniture. Do not use them if you want a refund on anything it will take months if they pay out at all . I would recomend not using them and going elsewhere.

Shocking customer service. I ordered a bunk-bed and two mattresses. The order, turned up and was short of a mattress. The delivery guy said 'oh didn't they let you know?'. After a week I didn't hear anything. I had to call Furniture 123 to see where the mattress was. First of all they blamed the delivery company, and made me chase them. Despite repeatedly phoning and emailing I was unable to get hold of anyone at the delivery company. I had to phone Furniture 123 again. They then told me and sent me a replacement mattress and this was an inferior product because they had run out of the original product I ordered and didn't give me any discount for the cheaper option. The final straw was getting though my phone bill and seeing that I had been charged £17.75 for the two relatively short phone calls to the customer service department. When I emailed them, they refused to refund me the extortionate cost of the phone calls, despite it being me having to chase to try and correct their mistakes. Needless to say I will use them again!

First time using this company and will be the last. My order was for a Saturday delivery where I payed the extra £9. No-one turned up or left me an e-mail or text to say why. This was after they sent me an email saying they would be delivering it on Saturday. Phoned couriers on the Monday and they told me the order was booked in for a standard delivery. If you want your order delivered on a Saturday, be prepared for no=one turning up.

Rubbish, cash back due was marked pending on my account just fine then with no explanation it was crossed out and marked as declined. I have contacted customer service regarding this but understand it can take months to resolve. I feel conned as although pleased with my purchase I could have used a different retailer that would have paid out the cash back and delivered a lot sooner.

Use this retailer at your peril! The prices are good but the goods are poor quality and the customer service slow and only via email. We twice had a bed delivered that was broken having spent 3 days in total waiting in for delivery and collection of faulty product we finally agreed to keep the faulty bed and repair it ourselves. The cashback was then refused so i lodged a claim Topcashback who were told the order was cancelled. Not impressed, will never use again. I should have googled this company before purchase as generally the reviews are poor

If you use furniture123 do not worry about the cashback you will be lucky to receive the goods. If you must use this retailer pay with a credit card & read up on section 75 because you will probable need to use it. There customer service is non existent and just forget about next day delivery.
