AVOID...only bought from FADs on the basis that the amount of cashback via TCB made them the 3rd cheapest option for what we wanted. Cashback didn't track, and when queried was told " I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". This is simply not true as I only looked for prices via TCB, and the purchase confirmation email was timed a few minutes after the log of my visit via TCB when I subsequently raised the claim. Furthermore they phoned to confirm delivery for Mon 17th Nov, but then left it with a neighbour on Sat 15th Nov instead! V poor Customer Service, would not use again.
