Inspired by the pioneering spirit of the Haig family and many other greats who have carved their names on the town's illustrious history, Eden Mill started with a mission to revive the lost art of distilling in St. Andrews in 2012. As Scotland’s first single-site brewery and distillery, our pioneering spirit and innovative approach consistently push boundaries within the spirits industry. With our goal of being Scotland’s first carbon-neutral distillery by the end of 2022, our sustainable future and focus on responsible decisions are at the forefront of everything we do.
