Tracked very quickly (within a few hours). Retailer was excellent. Called to tell me the flowers I had chosen were out of season, and suggested replacements. Also went to the trouble of correcting the delivery postcode I had entered (put my home postcode on it... doh). Flowers were excellently presented, looked and smelt good. Also used the discount code for first order. All in all excellent service by Drake Algar and TCB.
