Booked a £1500 holiday in May. Cashback tracked immediately with payment due on 2nd August. Checked account on the day and it said there would be a delay. Started to worry that I may not get this after reading other reviews. checked today and it has been paid. Fantastic.

Bought my holiday May 2010 and still I haven't received my cashback. Sent numerous nudges, and contacted tcb but to no avail. Very disappointed

was pleased to see that someone has had missing cashback paid. I booked holiday in may 10 but never tracked - only time a transaction has not tracked. Chased many times but getting nowhere.

hi I booked a holiday Sept 10 and it hasnt tracked put on ice then waiting for retailer couple of nudges still nothing cashback £158 so pretty sick have just sent a note to tcb to check with direct holidays but begining to think direct hols a waste of time which is a pity because I have holidayed with them before but this is the first time I have went through top cashback reading the other reviews I am not the only dissapointed person

Booked holiday in September 2010 still no sign of £90 cash back even after lots of nudges to Top Cash Back . Will think twice about using again !!!

I have posted before. Just an update. Booked in May and was expecting £46 cashback. Direct Holidays had computer problem at time whcih they have admitted. At same time booked holiday with First Choice that tracked immediately and have had cashback. Despite various emails and nudges nothing. Go on the holiday next Friday - I use topcashback for lot of transactions and this is the first time my transaction has not tracked. Now see that tracking reliability is 77% which is very poor. Not holding my breath on cashback.

Booked a holiday at beginning of October. Submitted claim but so far nothing has been received despite several nudges. My claim is also for over £40 so will probably not use this company again

Purchased holiday in July 2010, did not pay, i have made a manual claim and have sent many nudges, the claim is still with the merchant who owes me over £60, this has still not been paid.

Cashback failed to track months ago. Topcash back resubmitted over 1 month ago and still nothing. 2nd transaction for cashback over £50 I am having problems with.

After 7 days and still not pending had to put in a missing claim, but ended up tracking that day, so just waiting for it to be confirmed now.

Am amazingly disappointed with Direct Holidays. Booked with them via topcashback in 2009 and no problem. Booked in May this year and transaction not tracked - think it was problem with their computers as charged for paying by credit card when paid by debit card. Got that sorted but have been chasing both topcashback and Direct Holidays since for £46 cashback but nothing. Now Direct Holidays say nothing to do with them and to take up with Topcashback. Been using Topcashback for several years now and only unresolved transanction so 'nil points' to Direct Holidays - will not use again!!

The above review was for Holidays Uncovered, sorry. Direct Holidays were very good. Tracking was quick and my cash back was already confirmed before my holiday was over. Booked on the 14/09/09 and confirmed before 16/10/09.
