Excellent
I have been using this supplier for several years and as an IT manager have bought probably 20 laptops for 3 different charities. Their service support is excellent and the laptops are clearly brand new.
Only point to be clear on is that the warranty period is usually fairly short so you need to be confident about any support issues before the time expires.
I find them great in every way and very easy to deal with

Website is very unstable - currently won't accept payment card details
I can't complete the transaction because it won't take card information. Even tried adding it into my account saved payment types but it just won't accept anything - tried all browsers, different cards and laptops and Android phone.

Great, took a while but paid up reliably. Not always much in stock, but sometimes they have excellent official refurbished laptops of very high quality for a good price, better than taking a gamble on a used one from somewhere else.
