	I can only comment on the cashback experience so far as I haven't taken the holiday yet. However, this is the fastest holiday company to track. Unlike Thomsons/First Choice who I am still waiting to pay out from last year. Brilliant Cosmos.

	been waiting since june - tracked as zero - spent a lot on the holiday and thought it too good to be true to get cashback too - will probably wait forever and then get "sorry they said no".

	Deserves no stars. I was due over £300 in cashback as I booked through topcashback and never received my money. Holiday did not go to plan either with travel delays on the way home and issues with beds. The food on the tour was also disgusting.

	Just like the previous reviewer we have booked a holiday via Cosmos earlier in the year and was expecting 111+ pounds back in cashback. After loads of messages/ nudges we have now been informed 4 days prior to our departure that we will not get the cashback as we have alledgedly gone through a third party!! We have complained to Topcashback about this as we had double-checked that it went through and was recorded on the site and indeed have done other transactions since without any problems at all? The reply we have received apologises for this and states that we possibly did it by accident and that Cosmos does not have to give details about this transaction as it is confidential!!!! If you plan to book a holiday with Cosmos expecting some cashback BEWARE i will certainly not be using them again and have urged Topcashback to investigate further.

	Unable to book through Cosmos website, it's showing "unexpected exception" (!!!) after I put in payment details & wouldn't let me click "continue" again as I "may have already booked" Requested a callback - they are "having a nightmare" with the website (for over a week).I could have booked by phone but would obviously have lost my cashback-the Cosmos girl had never heard of any customer getting this & was quite scathing! She had plainly never heard of the Topcashback site!

	After 5 months (and countless 'nudges' from me) I've been told that the cashback won't be paid as I'd used another referrer. I can't see how I could have done this - I can see that the merchant has some positive reviews but for me it's been a complete waste of time - and no cash back at the end of it. Useless!! And very disappointed :(
