Booked holiday at the end of July through TCB but failed to track. Raised manual claim but took to end of October with numerous chases by TCB before approved. Then paid out within a week. Persistence pays off.

I rate this merchant as one of, if not, the worse I`ve ever encountered.
I certainly will never book with these ever again.
Their parent site, Shearings are faultless but for some unknown reason Coast and Country leave a lot to be desired.
I made three separate booking in March 2010 for a total of £902 and was expecting £54 cashback.
None of the transactions ever showed and it was only with the efforts and perseverance of TCB that after 12 weeks two of the commissions were finally paid.
The third cash back is still "awaiting retailer" after all this time.
