Don't be fooled by the offer of high cashback with this company. I have only just had cashback refused on an order that I placed in July 2012! Avoid and go elsewhere!

Flowers arrived 5 days after date ordered for, almost dead. Cashback tracke quickly bu still has not been paid. Purchase was in March 12. Do not use this company, pay a few quid more and go to interflora to avoid dissapointment

Ordered the product for valentines day.
It arrived early instead of the day someone was meant to be in to collect.
Sent to store at post office all day.
Product was wilted and worn by the time I got hold of it.
Still waiting for cashback.
Will never use this company again.

I chose to order goods with this retailer shortly before Christmas 2011, I had not ordered with them before, having previously another florist. I opted to order with them as they were offering 10% cashback, so, whilst they were not the cheapest, the cashback was attractive. It is now 9 February 2012, and I am still waiting to receive the £4 cashback due! This is only the 3rd merchant with whom I have placed a purchase on cashback, and the other two were impressively prompt. This experience has affected my trust in the overall cashback process, as, although cashback are now pursuing the claim, it is taking such a long time to do so. It's a shame, as the actual product and delivery was very good, but I do think if you are offering cashback, you should be far quicker to honour your offer.

The cashback experience was very straight-forward and quick. Blooming Direct seem like a decent operation. I was slightly disappointed that my plants spent five days in the post, having been dispatched on a Friday, but the plants recovered after a few days and the management offered to replace any that were not satisfactory.
