helgasmith11 July 2018, 21:06 I should have received faster payment for a purchase with Motorola in September 2017. It's still pending. I have emailed Top Cash Back a few times and been told I have to wait or they will look into it. I can't see the payment ever coming through.

davesr611 July 2018, 19:30 Definitely harder to find the special treats as it nears the end of the promotion. I have a couple of very small wins but do not expect to win anything else. That being said, it is great fun and Topcashback has allowed me to claim so much money back over the past year with very few knock backs. Well done and keep up the great work which is much appreciated.

Just prze draw etries... I have 50 of those... Go figure... Is there anyone wining something here or it's a con. This is the second time something like this happens and I cannot belive that they gave away £15720!!... Really??

I do all my online shopping through TCB, even my grocery shopping and i've had over £1,500 in cashback in the 3 years i've been a member. Stick with it guys!!!

No answers and no interst from you in putting this right. You are user unfriendly and this is a farsical situation. How come no help line to discuss with a human.

That's where I found mine it doesn't come via Topcashback its something you need to do through Sky account

Remember, the vouchers come from the retailer rather than us. With the cashback, this should appear within seven days and if it doesn't I would advise lodging a claim for this through the customer care section of your account.

Vidyas24 June 2018, 10:39 I bought sky unlimited internet though TopCashback and supposed to get £80 cash back but it's not showing any. Bought something at Debenhams got cash back of 72pence. Does it mean that we get only pennies cash back only.

We'll certainly get the Sky money for you if this is something we are deemed as eligible for. Make saure you are clearing cookies and cache before logging in as it really can help get us linked back to purchases.
