friend icon Have tried 3 times to buy an annual policy and it keeps saying it cannot process it at this time. Called them and they said try again and it should work, I am not confident it will. They said they will match the online quote but I won't get my cashback. What's the point, I will just have to try another cashback site.

friend icon Have tried to obtain quotes from aviva for travel insurance via top cashback and directly through aviva's own website - always preventing either getting a quotation or paying for the travel insurance and stating that I call them. The call centre team do not assist at all. Top cashback need to sort this out with aviva please.

friend icon Avoid these guys! its been so long now waiting for the appeal that I can't remember if its didn't track or if it came up and then changed to track at zero. Either way - aviva must have a bug in their system somewhere so please avoid!

friend icon 15.5.2010. Same problem as other customers - cant purchase on line. Have been trying all week. Also tried aviva website directly - site not functional. Phoned aviva callcentre 15.5.2010 To try and negotiate purchase at cashback rate;- they are based in india - it was impossible to have a sensible discussion with them as to problems and they wouldnt accept that their website doesnt work. Have emailed aviva my "experience" and now intend complaining that they advertise products and prices and cant provide them

friend icon I've been waiting 10 weeks for my purchase to track - so long, the holidays over & the deal has now changed. Sent reminders & nudges, but 'waiting for supplier' there are better offers than this.

friend icon Rubbish! tried 5 seperate times over 2 days to get travel insurance and after entering all the details they say there is a problem with their systems and I should call them (and therefore lose the cashback!). I'm going to stick with lv= who are good value for money and reliable!

friend icon Utter con! not only did my cashback not track but when I had to change my trip because of a unexpected family house move they wouldn't change the date of the cover! thats all I wanted to do, change the date of the cover and they said it wasnt their "policy" and wanted to charge me another ยฃ27.00. Bunch of greedy useless thieves and not reccomened!

friend icon I went through to the site and it could not complete the transaction like the other perosn who commented. However I started again through topcashback onto the aviva site immediately and it worked that time. friend icon Tried to buy a multi-trip annual insurance, at the time of buying (single payment by credit or debit card -option) it said 'sorry, we can't give you an online quote at the moment..Please call...' (This happened twice..).. Was able to buy through another popular cashback site.
