What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback is not available for customers renewing their current policies.
- Quotes originating from another site, e.g, price comparison sites, will not be tracked and are not eligible for cashback.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
- Cashback will not be paid in conjuction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts.
What else is essential?
- You must have registered your BACS details with us in order to get cashback from this merchant.
- Cashback from this merchant can only be withdrawn via BACS.
- Cashback is only available online. Please ensure you have cookie tracking enabled.
- Cashback is only payable to new customers who apply through TopCashback.
- Once your policy has been live for 90 days and provided that all payments due have been received in full, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified for cashback. The cashback will be paid into your TopCashback account within two months of confirmation that policy has meet the required conditions (“Payable”).
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- When completing your quote you will be given a quote reference number on screen, in the following format: QT123456. Please keep this number until your cashback has been paid because it will be required if you need to submit a cashback claim.
- When purchasing your policy via TopCashback, cashback will not apply in conjunction with any other promotions. You will receive cashback, but you will not be eligible to receive other special offers, for example Tesco gift cards, Tesco Clubcard vouchers and colleague discount. This does not affect specific discounts available, and you will still be entitled to receive any online discount or guaranteed Clubcard discount being offered.
- Within 30 days of receiving your TopCashback quote, you must follow the link from the TopCashback website to Tesco Bank’s website, generate a brand-new quote and purchase the policy, in order to be eligible for cashback.
- You must have registered your BACS details with us in order to get cashback from this merchant.
- Cashback from this merchant can only be withdrawn via BACS.

- Please do not contact Tesco Bank regarding your cashback. If you have any cashback queries, please contact the TopCashback Customer Support team.
- We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected cashback as it is not guaranteed.
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
