Ordered Jan 28, page showing 'dispatched in under 2 days'. Status not updated by 2nd Feb so sent query through web 'contact us' form. No response in 48 hours so phoned on 4th Feb to be told it was being despatched that day and would be received "by 6th at the latest", and the order status then updated to despatched. On Feb 10th tracking information was received by email and the order finally arrived on 12th Feb, over 2 weeks from payment.

Really disappointing experience. Product wasn't dispatched as stated then waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive. During this time I chased via email (got no response) and by phone. When the phone was answered they were polite but wasn't resolved satisfactorily. When the product did arrive it was not in its proper retail packaging. I was told I could return but to France and at my expense. Was given a small amount in vouchers to spend on future purchases for my trouble however I would not recommend using this company at all. Now to cap it all my transaction has been declined on Topcashback for no apparent reason. Avoid.
