The only merchant to renege on promised cashback in the two years I've enjoyed TCB membership.
Would never, ever, consider these people again and would advise any prospective customers to steer clear of them and use a reputable firm.

Eye experts is a scam. I paid 75 quid for a pair from them which were terrible quality. Tried contacting them about a refund and all quiet. They were happy enough to answer me before I brought. Buyer beware. Eye experts is a scam.

I ordered specs from Eye Experts in October 2009. The specs took 3 months to arrive and I am quite happy with them although the so-called thin lenses are pretty thick.
My main complaint about Eye Experts is I am STILL waiting for my cashback one year later! I have sent many nudges but still nothing.

Easy to use website; quick and easy transaction; glasses perfect and as described; well protected in the packaging, although the specs case was a fraction too small for the glasses (I can't get them back in the case without putting the specs arms under tension so I don't use it)and the lining was damaged.

Nice glasses - and at a fraction of high street rip off prices. Very well packaged . I paid for the thinner lenses but they seem thicker than my other (same presciption) standard lens glasses that I bought elsewhere .
Not really complaining though as Im very pleased and with the cashback - amazingly good value .
