Which is a superb retailer, however my review above is based on the service I have recieved from Which Switch and not Which in general.
The Switch site was quie easy to use, however it was, if I remember a little long winded. As far as I am aware though the swich process has been seemless. This may be due to the fact that I am staying with the same comapany, just a different tariff.
I did do a lot of research to different switching sites and this one was the best for me at the time.

I switched to Ebico using Switch with Which because of the poor and negative feedback left for Energylinx and Simplyswitch, both pay more in cashback but there are too many people who have not received their cashback using them. They should be taken to task by the FSA and Trading Standards and made an example of. It is about time somebody sued these companies using the precedents set down under Contract Law. Moneysupermarket and Uswitch will give tariffs for Ebico but will not switch you and give casback because Ebico don't give them any kickback. Which, however do, It might only be £17.00, but it's better than nothing. It took only 40 minutes to track and appear in my account. Great result and well done to Which. It shows what can be done if you are honest and professional.

The switch worked fine and I am happy with my new supplier. HOWEVER Which?Switch offered me £18 cashback to do this switch and 10 months later I have not received it. This has been chased by TopCashback and they appear to be hitting a wall of silence from Which?switch. So whilst my switching experience has been positive, it would be reasonable to say that, based on this example, my advice would be do not expect Which?switch to pay out, or offer any explanation as to why they won't payout.

Impossible to do a comparison, as the - 'tell us which tariff' is blank , but cannot continue to result as keeps returning to this question with no choices
