Avoid this agent if you can. I have tried to get a refund due to the FCO advice of not to travel to Sri Lanka. There are 13 of us that booked with varies agents or with BA or Qatar airway directly. Everyone all has been told that full refund will be given apart from me. Their response was really poor and not helpful. I first called to speak and got told that someone will call me back in 3 hrs to discuss the refund. I waited and no one called. I then sent an email and got told that there is nothing they can do and they will not give me any refund. I then called again this morning to ask to speak to the manager and got told the manager is not in till after 10 AM. The person I spoke to try to put me off by calling back again. This is the worst agent that I have come across. Avoid them!

Be careful they are snakes. Click recorded but pretends never tracked, when you want to log a missing cashback claim they say its more than 100 days ago. Be sure to log a missing claim anyway right you booked just in case you didn't check back!

Poor tracking. I make 2 large purchases in a short space of time, 1st didn't track while the 2nd did. After 6 months of a support tick I have been informed that it has been tracked elsewhere. It puts you off using this retailer for cash back in the future.

I made a substantial purchase from this company (flight tickets) and used the flight that I purchased. The cashback was inexplicably declined - no reason given. I chose to book through this company rather than another (which had provided a quote at exactly the same amount) because of the cashback offer. Don't use.

Booked long haul flight to Indonesia which tracked as short haul. Raised incorrect cash back claim but company have refused to pay higher amount. Be prepared that you will get no joy if you raise a missing or incorrect cash back claim with this company.

Bought a ticket recently from london to islamabad and was told that i can carry 2 items of 23kg each and 5 to 7kg hand carry. While coming back from home they didnot alllow me to carry more then 30kg which is a differnce of 16kg and wants extra money for it or either leave it at the airport. Same problam happens with my brother as well. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

They advertise higher cashback than other travel agencies but when it comes to payout, they say you haven't been referred to us by Topcashback. Avoid!!!

Avoid using this merchant as it uses unfair comercial practises and declines genuine transactions stating that "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction was declined". Big waste of time!!!

Cash back failed to decline for purchase in April. They have now declined cash back stating this was not the last website to refer them, even though I know this is not true there is nothing I can do and so have closed the claim.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with TravelTrolley. I rarely write reviews but I need to bring to attention the negligent/scam-like practices associated with this company: I purchased an air ticket from them and wanted to change my air ticket departure date. The sales agent (someone by the name of Mukul) sent me an email with a new price quote, followed with a phone call telling me that for any changes to go through, I have to provide my card details and authorisation via the phone. Prior to authorising the transaction, I asked Mukul whether I was only paying for the price difference between the old ticket price and new quoted price, as I wanted to make sure I wasn't paying the full new amount. Mukul agreed that my understanding was correct. I then authorised the transaction after his explanation. When I checked my account later, I noticed a full amount was taken instead of the price difference the agent told me earlier. I called this company to clarify the incident because this was not the basis of my authorisation. Upon asking for further investigation and requesting for the transaction to be nullified, the agent on the phone became extremely defensive by claiming that he explained everything correctly and that any questions about the prices should have been raised in writing (this was not pointed out at all during the phone conversation). I asked them to refer to their telephone conversation records because that was clearly not what was explained by the agent (which they refused). In fact if I wanted to cancel, I will have to pay extra. Such a cheek after deceiving their customers! When asked to speak to the person in charge, the company employs the usual tactics: deflecting your questions by repeating the same statement again and again, and when they run out of options they will put you through customer care. And customer care will rinse and repeat the process by saying the same thing repeatedly - their investigations consists of hearing the sales re

Didn't pay cash back for a genuine long haul flight transaction. Very poor, don't count the cash back when you compare the price with other travel sites/agency.
